It’s that time, a time for an inherently unpleasant task – buying a new car. A shiny piece of painted metal that will soon be exposed to coffee spills, salt spray, potholes, valet parking, and other indignities too numerous to mention.
In other words, not something I really want to put money into, being a cheap bastard and all. Having taken apart a few cars and seeing how they’re built doesn’t help this sentiment either.
This is where loving sponsors can play a valuable part. It has come to my attention that political campaigns engage in this thing called “pay to play” where you can help generate positive sentiment for an favorite issue or organization near and dear to you. With adequate resources to thoroughly research the issues, I would be happy to make a positive contribution to move the political discussion forward in a constructive way.
Looking forward to happy times on the road!
